In this 60-minute session, you’ll flow through slow, mindful postures designed to gently build strength, improve mobility and cultivate balance — all at your own pace. Each sequence is thoughtfully guided, with options and modifications so every body feels supported, safe and empowered.
As you move, breathe and stretch, you’ll also receive the benefits of Halotherapy, which are tiny salt particles in the air that help clear the lungs, reduce inflammation and encourage deep calm. The class concludes with savasana, allowing your nervous system to settle and leaving you feeling grounded, restored and refreshed.
